Normal Working Hours
The surgery is open Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm except for Good Friday, Christmas Day and bank holidays. However, we will of course extend these as necessary to accommodate our Commuter Clinics (see below).
Surgery Consulting Times
We also offer a number of bookable appointments, early morning, evenings and Saturdays, for those patients unable to attend during normal opening hours. They are as follows:

All patients registered with our Practice are assigned to a named GP. This GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support our Surgery provides to you.
You are still free to make an appointment with any GP at the practice.
If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. If you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you, please ask reception at your next visit.
- Newly registered patients will be allocated a named GP on registration.
- If you are 75 and over you will have already been allocated a GP.
The practice is closed on Tuesday 7th July from 1 pm for staff training and will reopen Wednesday 8th July at 8am

Triage Appointment system
the practice will be offering a daily GP Triage system.
How will this work ?
Patients who phone or call into the surgery in the morning wishing to be seen that day will be added to a Triage list . A GP will then call you back to discuss your problem and a decision will be made on whether you are required to be seen by a GP or could be dealt with via a telephone consultation .
Practice Patient Participation Group - The aim of this group is to provide our patients the oppuntunityto be involved with discussions about the range and quality of services provided by the Surgery .
