Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group is established to provide an independent overview of services and facilities at Lockswood Surgery.
As a patient of the practice you are automatically a member of the PPG.
The committee at present consists of 6 volunteer practice patients, Practice Manager, a GP and Senior Nurse; we plan to meet 3 times per year.
To gain views across the practice demographic we also have a virtual PPG of which we have in excess of 300 patients who are contacted via email to gain their views on practice issues.
Membership of the PPG is open to all patients of the practice. If you are interested in joining either of these PPG’s, please click here to download the application form and return to the practice.
